Industrial Subdivision Phase III

The City of Brooks' newest industrial subdivision encompasses approximately 60 acres (12 lots varying in size from 1.72 to 6.07 acres). This subdivision is zoned M-2 General Light Industrial District (please note that all uses in M-1 are also allowed).

The following are the general selling guidelines for the lots of this subdivision:
  • The lots will be sold directly though the City of Brooks on a first come, first served basis;
  • Purchase price includes all servicing—water and sewer, electrical, natural gas, telephone, paving and street lighting;
  • Offsite levies that pertain to the land are included; 
  • Those offsite levies which apply to any buildings or improvements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
