Q. I've heard that the City has a bad reputation and is considered "dirty." What is the City doing to combat the negative perceptions? A. Our economic development team has been working to boost the City's reputation through marketing and promoting the benefits of living and working here. They've created a strategy, along with a new brand, to market the quality of life, low crime rate and low taxes as a reason to choose Brooks. They work on an ongoing basis with local businesses to understand their needs as well as find ways to retain and attract new business.
