CITY OF BROOKS, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
PROPOSED BYLAW 20/21 (ZONING CHANGE)
To be held at 4:30 pm, September 21, 2020

PURSUANT to sections 230, 606 and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the City of Brooks in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt Bylaw 20/21, being an amendment to Land Use Bylaw 14/12 for the municipality.
THE PURPOSE of the proposed Bylaw 20/21 is to redesignate Lot 2, Block 3, Plan 731352 (344 8 Street East) from Industrial Light – I-L to Commercial General – C-G, as illustrated below, to accommodate the development of a medical clinic.
