The City of Brooks website includes Virtual City Hall which allows customers to view their account history for any accounts with the City of Brooks i.e. property taxes, utilities, business licenses, accounts payable, etc. This is a unique feature where the City is able to provide more information to its customers in a safe and secure environment.
Customers interested in this access will be required to complete an “application for access” form, which can be picked up at the Front Counter, prior to the assigned pin number/s being released. The pin number/s can be changed once customers access their accounts from their home computer.
When signing up, please note that you will need to bring 2 pieces of identification, and one of those must be a picture ID.
Businesses signing up to view Accounts Payable or Receivable will require 3 pieces of identification. (2 pieces of identification where at least one is photo ID and the other identifies you working for that business, and the 3rd being a letter signed by the owner giving access to their accounts clerk)
Cemetery Search - This is a FREE online search. You do not need to be signed up to Virtual City Hall to search our cemetery records. Cemetery rates are also listed here.
Property Taxes - You can look up information on property taxes. You can perform a free search on basic information, but for further in-depth information you will need an access code to login and view with.
Utility Billing - View your past history of Utility Billing. Access Code required.
Parking Tickets - Search for information on your parking ticket online. (sorry no online payment are available. Payments to be made at City Hall)
Accounts Payable - Geared especially towards businesses dealing with the City of Brooks. This allows businesses to view the their accounts, invoices, and payments. Access Code required.
Accounts Receivable - Geared especially towards businesses dealing with the City of Brooks. This allows businesses to view the their accounts, invoices, payments, and transactions. Access Code required.
