The SPEC Association (which stands for Support, Prevent, Educate, Counsel) is a non-profit social programming organization which operates in our community. SPEC operates out of the Community Cultural Centre and is responsible for Links, the Parents Link Centre, the Boys and Girls Club of Brooks and District, Connections, and Family Support.
