The five parcels of land are located in the South East Sector of the City in the Meadowbrook Drive North subdivision and on 2nd Avenue East between Meadowbrook Drive East and 14th Street East.
This is the first commercial land sale in this area. Parcel sizes range from as small as 1,700 square metres up to 9.72 acres. The price of the land is $190,000 per acre plus GST (however, Council will consider all offers).
