Our Fitness Supervisor is a dual certified personal trainer and group fitness leader with CSEP and AFLCA. She believes strength training and exercising will only ever add to your life – regular exercise increases productivity, self esteem, energy, and helps you sleep better at night, not to mention helping you feel confident in your own skin.
