NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF BROOKS, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA
PROPOSED BYLAW 21/07 (LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT)
To be held at 4:30 pm, March 15, 2021
City of Brooks Council Chambers
PURSUANT to sections 230, 606 and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, as amended, the Council of the City of Brooks in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to adopt Bylaw 21/07, being an amendment to Land Use Bylaw 14/12 for the municipality.
THE PURPOSE of the proposed Bylaw 21/07 is to re-designate Block 2, Plan 8411174 (59 Queens Way East) from Future Urban Development – FUD to Residential Single Detached – R-SD, as illustrated below, to accommodate the development of a secondary suite.

A public hearing to consider the proposed Bylaw 21/07 will be held in the City of Brooks Council Chambers at 4:30 p.m. on March 15th, 2021.
