Combined Assessment and Tax notices were mailed on May 19, 2023; therefore, all assessed persons are deemed to have received them 7 days later. Taxes are due June 30, 2023 to avoid a penalty. If you have not received your combined notice and assessment in the mail, please contact our Tax Department, at 403-362-3333 or taxes@brooks.ca.
ATTENTION NEW PROPERTY OWNERS: The Alberta Land Titles office is experiencing a backlog and new property owners may not be listed on our tax roll. If you have purchased a property located in the City of Brooks in the last six months and you do not receive your 2023 combined notice and assessment, please contact our Tax Department to obtain a copy. Non-receipt of your property tax bill does not exempt you from late payment penalties.
